A new program has been unveiled targeting the ever growing work from home market. The program is a monthly membership site which claims to teach subscribers how to make money ' actually it leads you to believe that a LOT of money can be made marketing products and services to the yet untapped cell phone market. It is called Cell Phone Cash and is marketed by Mack Michaels. The monthy fee is $25.00.

I bought the course and have started wading through the first of seven video segments. Each segment is designated Week 1, Week 2 etc. I intend to force myself through all the mind numbingly slow videos in order to see if this program has any value whatsoever ' so far the Week 1 Videos have nearly killed me as they are SLOW and basically outline what will be taught without actually getting to anything substantial. I should mention that I am a fast reader and dislike videos as you are forced to endure the narrators pace. The videos are little more than a voice reading a prepared script with a few words splashed on the screen as the narrator reads them ' excrutiating to say the least.

So far Mack (I assume the narrator is also the creator of the program) has used week 1 to outline the very basic essentials of internet marketing; how to analyze Google's serps (search engine results pages) in order to understand PPC (pay per click) methods of making money on the internet. The gist is that by understanding how to use keyword tools like Google's own Adwords Keyword tool  and reverse engineering successful PPC campaigns one can then use the same methods for creating successful campaigns aimed at Cell Phone users ' in other words we are going to learn how to sell crap to people on their mobile devices. Nothing really new in this as I have been using these methods to sell crap online for years. At the moment I am resisting the urge to spring forward through the videos in order to find the part that actually explains the nuts and bolts of how one actually gets an ad onto someones cell phone without breaking any laws or looking like a spammer' I will endure though as I might miss an important step along the way. I doubt it but one never knows.
